Qualifications:

• Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities (preferably business, marketing, graphic design etc.),
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably with experience in brand management, product marketing, corporate communication in the software industry),
• Advanced level of written and spoken English,
• Able to use MS Office applications at a good level,
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul,

What You'll be Doing !:

• Guiding the marketing design team about visual decisions in line with brand expectations, stakeholders and the expectations of the target audience,
• Producing high quality visuals that attract attention and increases brand’s interaction,
• Create engaging visual designs (images & animated motion graphics) for global marketing campaigns,
• Test the performance of marketing creatives by working closely with the Marketing Team,
• Decide on the creative direction based on data,
• Convert key marketing inputs into high-quality, consumer-facing visuals,

What You'll Bring !:

• Understanding of the fundamental art principles including color theory, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition,
• Conceptual thinking, design, and animation,
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro,
• Interest in Motion Graphics is a plus,
